Any clan that wishes to challenge clan ]CMy[ to a match may fill out this form and submit it.
We need at least a week's notice before a match to make sure we can cover the match with enough members.
The maps to be played can be decided either by email or when we show up for the match, also, the number of maps to be played can be decided the same way, either a 2 out of 3 or so on.
Clan ]CMy[ is a ThunderWalker clan only at this time, ThreeWave clans need not apply.
